When Wendy Caple, Principal of Inverloch/Kongwak Primary School, wanted a new play area for her school she turned to her students for advice.
Wendy was searching for equipment to suit students from Grade 3 – 6, and decided to get the school’s ‘KidsMatter Student Action Team’ to choose. Within reason of course.
She put 4 different companies play equipment in front of the team that suited her budget and space, and the answer was a resounding “Yes!” to a_space’s Mount Barney Explorer Net.
Both Wendy and the ‘KidsMatter Student Action Team’ liked the range of activities that the net offered, and the school already has three other play areas for different age groups, so the challenge and variety was what really won them over.
Once the hard decision was made, Wendy said it was a breeze. The installation took place without her even in attendance, her a_space account manager kept her informed throughout the process and not even a bit of rain put a damper on it.
