Being a popular tourist spot, Shoalhaven City Council wanted a playground to stand out in style whilst embrace and complement the surrounding natural coastal waters and dense bushland. The design was to cater to a broad range of ages and abilities, dynamic and sensory items and climbing opportunities.
Two design options were submitted. The successful design was a mini Play Tower providing a large volume of play value in a tight area. This was complemented with a curated range of free standing play items to create an inclusive space with elements for all ages and abilities. The selected colour scheme met the brief with different shades of blue and green blending well with the natural surroundings.
This project was delivered on time and within budget. Our feedback from Council was that they were thrilled with the final result along with the service and professionalism provided in the execution of the project.
