The client was after a statement piece that could accommodate and entertain a large number of children at one time while being constructed of materials suited to the, at times, harsh coastal climate.
A climbing net configuration was recommended to meet the brief – covering both the need for marine grade suitability and large volume usage.
Footing details were provided as a requirement of the Great Ocean Road Coastal Committee prior to approval.
Compliant playground sand was provided to sympathise with the surrounding sandy grass area.
The installation was completed in a little over a week with plenty of time to spare prior to the holiday period rush. Happy client with happy customers!
